Instructions for use of the article Vasofix Safety Cannula 20 G 1,1X25 mm: - Vasofix Safety is a safety indwelling vein cannula with a catheter made of FEP or polyurethane. - This cannula allows for vein-sparing placement and complication-free dwell time. - It has an integrated injection port so that medication can be administered quickly without having to puncture the cannula again. - The cannula tip is atraumatically designed for excellent puncture characteristics. - The catheter has four fully embedded X-ray contrast strips and a hydrophobic blood catcher plug. - The cannula is latex-free and PVC-free. - It complies with ISO-standard 10.555-1/5. - Safety features include self-activating clip technology that immediately secures the needle tip after withdrawal. - The safety mechanism cannot be bypassed. - Adjustment of user habits is minor. - The manufacturer is B.
