Orthomol I-CAre is a food supplement containing secondary plant substances, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements. It is recommended to take the contents of one sachet daily with 150-200 ml of water with a meal. The product contains various vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, B6 and B12, as well as minerals such as magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and molybdenum. It also contains various extracts such as grape seed, green tea, pomegranate, broccoli, ginger and turmeric extract, as well as citrus bioflavonoids, lycopene, lutein and omega-3 fatty acids. Orthomol I-CAre is lactose- and gluten-free and should be stored in a cool, dry place. It should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and should be kept out of the reach of children.
