Application

Before you use the tape, you should remove cream residue and other impurities from the skin.The tape should only be applied to dry and clean skin.Locate the relevant muscle area and measure the required length of tape.Round the corners to prevent premature peeling.Remove the backing paper about 3 to 4 centimeters from the tape and stick it to the skin according to your symptoms.After application, rub the tape warmly to activate the adhesive.The tape should be applied at least 30 to 60 minutes before sporting activities.To dry, you should only lightly dab the tape.Always remove the tape in the direction of hair growth and not suddenly.

Storage
