Directions for use of the article Alkaline Powder pH-balance Pascoe This product is a food supplement with alkaline minerals. The recommended intake is 1 sachet of powder (4 g) stirred into a glass of water 1 time daily and drunk with or after a meal. It should be kept dry and out of the reach of children. The alkaline powder contains calcium, sodium, magnesium and zinc to support the acid-base balance. In one serving (1 teaspoon or 1 sachet) there are 613 mg calcium, 377 mg sodium, 232 mg magnesium and 1.5 mg zinc. These amounts correspond to 77%, 25% (D-A-CH-reference value), 62% and 15% (nutrient reference value) of the recommended daily intake. Ingredients include calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, disodium phosphate, potassium bicarbonate and zinc sulphate. The alkaline powder is sugar-, lactose- and gluten-free and contains no flavourings or colourings. It is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
