Bearberry leaves is a herbal medicine that is used for inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract.It is suitable for children aged 12 and over and adults.The medicinal tea is taken after preparing a tea infusion or cold extract.No prescription is required for this product.

Bearberry leaves contain 100 g of bearberry leaves per 100 g of medicinal tea as an active ingredient.There are no other other components included.

Contraindications

This product should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to bearberry leaves.Children under 12 years of age, pregnant women and breastfeeding women should also not use the tea.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one cup of the prepared tea infusion or cold extract up to 4 times a day.To prepare it, a heaped teaspoonful (approx. 3 g) of coarsely powdered bearberry leaves is either poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and passed through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes, or mixed with cold water (approx. 150 ml), left to steep for several hours with occasional stirring and, after briefly heating to boiling, passed through a tea strainer.Preparations made from bearberry leaves should not be taken for longer than 1 week at a time and no more than 5 times a year without medical advice.

If you have blood in your urine, have a fever or if symptoms persist beyond 7 days, you should see a doctor.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
