1 Capsule contains: 10 mg zinc as zinc citrate, 100 mg beta-(1.3/1.6)-glucan, 300 mg vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, 50 µg vitamin D3 (equivalent to 2,000 IU), 45 mg vitamin E from natural plant oils, 20 mg citrus bioflavonoids and 100 µg selenium as sodium selenate.
