Directions for use of Dr. Pandalis Bear's Garlic Fresh Leaf Capsules: Dr. Pandalis Wild Garlic Fresh Leaf Capsules are a dietary supplement intended as an alternative to a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The capsules contain wild garlic leaves and rose hips and are gluten and lactose free. It is recommended to take up to 9 capsules daily with a glass of water, natural yoghurt, vegetable juice or similar. One pack contains 37 g of the product, which corresponds to a concentrate of approx. 13 g of fresh wild garlic and 9.6 mg of reduced sulphur. Wild garlic is a native wild garlic plant that contains essential plant substances such as reduced sulphur. The capsules are designed to preserve the natural properties of wild garlic. It is advised that the recommended daily intake should not be exceeded and that the product should be kept out of the reach of children. It is also pointed out that wild garlic products should not be taken at the same time as selenium, but should have an interval of at least 4 hours.
