Dosage

Recommended use of Schüßler salts Biochemie Pflüger 9 Natrum phosphoricum D6 powder: In acute cases, 1 pinch of powder (= 0.25 g) up to six times a day, in chronic cases 1 pinch of powder one to three times a day.Dissolve the portion in a glass of water and drink in small sips.Since the mineral molecules are absorbed through the oral mucosa, each sip should be kept in the mouth for some time.Extra tip: Dissolve the entire daily dose in water and drink the prepared solution throughout the day.Do not take Schuessler salts immediately before or after eating.
