Dosage

Recommended use of Biochemie Pflüger 11 Silicea D12 powder: In acute cases, 1 pinch of powder (= 0.25 g) up to six times a day, in chronic cases 1 pinch of powder one to three times a day.Dissolve the portion in a glass of water and drink it in small sips.Since the mineral molecules are absorbed through the oral mucosa, every sip should be kept in the mouth for some time.Extra tip: Dissolve the entire daily dose in water and drink the prepared solution throughout the day.Do not take Schuessler salts immediately before or after eating.
