Contraindications

Dosage

In acute cases, the powder can be taken at the tip of a knife (0.25 g) up to six times a day.In chronic cases, one to three times a day is sufficient.The powder should be dissolved in a glass of water and drunk in small sips.Each sip should be kept in the mouth for some time, as the mineral molecules are absorbed through the oral mucosa.A tip is to dissolve the entire daily dose in water and drink it throughout the day.Schuessler salts should not be taken immediately before or after eating.
