Composition and ingredients

Each capsule contains 500 mg of L-tryptophan.The other ingredients include hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate as a release agent, HPM-cellulose for the capsule and titanium dioxide as a coloring agent.The capsules are lactose-free, gluten-free and fructose-free.

Application and consumption recommendations

It is recommended to take one capsule daily with liquid approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.The net capacity is 60 cellulose capsules, which corresponds to a weight of 37 g.The product is made in Germany.
