Instructions for use for MELISSEN BASE TABLETS, 250 pcs

Dr. Jacob's Melissa Alkaline Tablets are a dietary supplement containing magnesium, potassium, zinc and a vitamin B complex, among others. It is recommended to take 5 tablets daily before bedtime or throughout the day with a glass of water. Sensitive persons should divide the intake to avoid soft stools. The tablets contribute to the reduction of fatigue, normal mental as well as nerve and muscle function, support the maintenance of normal blood pressure and acid-base metabolism. They also contribute to normal immune system function. It should be noted that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The tablets should be kept out of the reach of children.

I had already bought the alkaline powder plus from Dr Jacob's and have now bought the tablets as I find them more practical for daily use. The combination of lemon balm, magnesium, potassium and vitamins is great. It de-stresses during the day and improves sleep. I take 1 tablet in the morning and at lunchtime and 3 before going to bed.

I was usually very agitated in the evening and think a lot. This had a bad effect on my sleep rhythm. They were recommended to me to make me more relaxed in the evening and I feel much better with the Melissa basic tablets. I also take melatonin. Together this has made my sleep much better and deeper and has really changed my life in a very positive way.

The tablets meet my expectations and are perfect! I can only recommend them to everyone. I take them so that I'm not so agitated during the day. Make you more relaxed, but not tired. Super!!
