Per capsule, the product contains 210 mg golden millet extract, 76.75 mg brewer's yeast, 30 mg vitamin E, 24 mg vitamin B3, 11 mg vitamin B5, 5 mg zinc, 400 mcg vitamin A, 200 mcg vitamin B9, 150 mcg vitamin H, 2.5 mcg vitamin D3, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 and 0.5 mg copper.
