Instructions for use of the article Q10 Gerimed Ubiquinol liquid: - Product description: Food supplement with 5% ubiquinol. - Use/Recommendation for use: Allow 3 spray strokes of Q10 Gerimed Ubiquinol liquid to dissolve on the tongue throughout the day. This corresponds to a daily dose of 30 mg ubiquinol. The product can be taken independently of food. For optimal absorption, it should be kept in the mouth for as long as possible. - Important note: Before the first use, press the lift valve several times until the first drop appears. Always press the lift valve as far as it will go. - Storage conditions: The product should be stored unopened, in a cool and dry place.
