Information for use of the article OneTouch Verio Test Strips: Product features: - OneTouch Verio test strips - For self-testing blood glucose monitoring with OneTouch Verio meter systems - 9 years proven accuracy at very low and very high blood glucose levels - Very low blood volume of 0.4 µl and fast results within 5 seconds - Test strip can be filled from both sides Contents: - Tube with 50 test strips Before using the OneTouch Verio test strips, read the instructions for use of the blood glucose meter and the test strip package insert. How to use the test strip in the blood glucose meter: - Insert the OneTouch Verio test strip into the test strip holder so that the gold side of the strip and the two silver contact strips are facing you. Apply the blood to the test strip: - Insert the test strip into the blood glucose meter and select the Apply Blood screen. - Bring the blood sample to the channel of the test strip and take a sample as soon as the first drop of blood is available. - Bring the channel of the test strip to the blood drop. - The channel fills automatically as soon as it touches the blood drop. Wait until the channel is completely filled. - The result is displayed within 5 seconds. - Do not place a blood drop on the tip or side of the test strip. Notes: - Do not use after the expiry date. Note the disposal date on the tube. Dispose of 6 months after opening. - Dispose of used test strips properly. - Store only in the tube. Do not store in the refrigerator. - Do not use if seals are broken or missing.
