Param Basis Pants size 3 XL are resealable nappy trousers with double adhesive strips for moderate and severe incontinence. They offer optimal protection for both mobile and bedridden patients. The anatomical absorbent pad with superabsorber, gel concept and odour neutraliser ensures high absorbency and comfortable wearing times, both during the day and at night. Moisture-repellent barriers on the sides prevent leakage and a wetness indicator shows when a change is needed.
