The capsules are vegan and contain the best of yam roots. I like the fact that the capsules also contain zinc and vitamin E.

Bought for menopausal symptoms. I was sceptical at first, but after just two weeks there was a significant reduction in the heat waves. Now only rarely. Great!!

I decided to take this product because of my menopausal symptoms, especially the hot flushes that occur regularly. I have been taking the capsules for just under a month and tolerate them very well. Although I know that you have to take Wild Yam for a long time to get a good result, I have the impression that the hot flushes have become less frequent. I will therefore definitely continue to take the capsules.
