Rudavlies is a transversely elastic fixing fleece that consists of a soft white nonwoven fabric and a hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive.One roll contains 10 meters of the fleece with a width of 10 centimeters.Rudvlies can be cut individually and is used to fix primary wound dressings.It is also suitable for attaching catheters, probes and measuring elements.

Contraindications

Rudavlies should not be used if there is an allergy to any of the components contained in the product.

Composition

The fixing fleece consists of polyester fleece and polyacrylate adhesive.

Normative and legal requirements

Rudavlies is a medical product according to the Medical Devices Act (MPG), Directive 93/42/EWG and Regulation MDR (EU) 2017/745.It is classified in Class I based on Rule I.The product does not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to the REACH-regulation.It bears the CE-marking and the DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marking on all packaging levels.

Packaging

The primary packaging consists of a folding box made of cellulose, while the secondary packaging is made of a cardboard box made of cellulose.

Storage

Rudvlies should be stored dry and dust-free.
