Instructions for use for the Retterspitz head cover

The Retterspitz head cover is a practical solution for relieving pain, inflammation and swelling in the head area.It consists of a double-layered inner hood made of 100% linen and an outer hood made of 100% molton, which is made from cotton.The hood is available in one size and can be individually adjusted to different head sizes using adjustable drawstrings.

For cold use on the head, mix 50 ml of Retterspitz Externally with 50 ml of cold water.The linen of the inner hood is soaked in this mixture until it is moistened and then squeezed well so that it no longer drips.The inner hood is then put on and the outer hood is pulled over it.Significant improvement can be felt after just a few minutes.The head wrap should be removed after one and a half to two hours.
