Cutimed Siltec L is a thin, absorbent foam dressing specifically designed for the treatment of chronic wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate.This bandage is soft, flexible and conformable, making it ideal for hard-to-reach areas of the body such as between toes or skin folds.The special Cutimed Siltec foam structure with superabsorber technology ensures reliable exudate management.The silicone film on the wound contact side protects the surrounding skin and enables atraumatic dressing changes.Cutimed Siltec L consists of a polyurethane foam with a gently adhesive silicone film and is latex-free.

Areas of application

Change of dressing
