Rudablock is a dialysis plaster that is available as an individually packaged, sterile pressure plaster with a special wound dressing.This wound dressing is protected all around by the carrier material.The patch is specifically designed to help stop bleeding.If the wound dressing comes into contact with blood, it swells and thereby puts pressure on the wound.This pressure promotes hemostasis.The Rudablock dialysis plaster is suitable for supporting hemostasis in dialysis patients as well as for smaller wounds such as cuts or puncture wounds.

Composition

The Rudablock dialysis plaster is made of viscose, polyester and polyacrylate adhesive.

Normative and legal requirements

Rudablock is a medical device according to the Medical Devices Act (MPG), Class Is, Rule 4, and meets the requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC.Sterilization is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 11137. The product does not contain any dangerous toxic substances in accordance with the REACH-regulation.It carries the CE and DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marking on all packaging levels.

Packaging

The primary packaging of the Rudablock dialysis patch consists of paper-paper packaging.The secondary packaging is a cellulose folding box, and the tertiary packaging is a cellulose cardboard box.

Storage

The product should be stored dry and dust-free, protected from sunlight.
