This product is a dietary supplement.No prescription is required for this product.The capsules should be taken whole and with enough water.The daily intake of EPA+DHA from fortified foods and dietary supplements should not exceed 5 grams.

Amount of intake

To support normal heart function, it is recommended to take one capsule containing 250 mg EPA + DHA daily.Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also take one capsule daily to promote normal brain and eye development in the unborn child or breastfed infant, containing 200 mg DHA per capsule.To maintain normal vision or brain function, two capsules of 250 mg DHA are required daily.To maintain normal triglyceride levels in the blood, four capsules with a total of 2 grams EPA + DHA should be taken daily.To maintain normal blood pressure, six capsules with a total of 3 grams EPA + DHA are necessary daily.

Nutritional declaration

The product contains 298 mg EPA and 202 mg DHAper capsule.The vitamin E content is 6.0 mg alpha-TE.When taking two capsules, the content increases to 596 mg EPA, 404 mg DHA and 12 mg alpha-TE vitamin E. Four capsules contain 1192 mg EPA, 808 mg DHA and 24 mg alpha-TE vitamin E. Six capsules provide 1788 mg EPA, 1212 mg DHA and 36 mg alpha-TE vitamin E.

Ingredients

The main ingredients of this product are fish oil, gelatin, glycerin as a humectant, shellac, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc, beeswax, carnauba wax as a coating agent, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate and tocopherol-rich extracts as an antioxidant.
