Application

A plaster containing the active ingredient is removed from the film and placed in such a way that the green plaster core is placed on the corn in the middle of the pressure-relieving felt ring.The number of plasters to be used depends on the degree of hardening.Each patch remains in place for 24 to 36 hours.The swollen callus can be easily removed with the corn inside.The plasters must always be removed carefully so that the healthy skin does not tear at the edges!The plaster core should only be placed on the corn!If tender, pink skin appears during the treatment, a new plaster will not be applied initially.

Area of application

Farewell corn plasters extra strong are used to solve localized calluses (keratolysis), which can occur with corns and calluses.The combination of active ingredients softens the top stratum corneum of the skin.The additional felt ring around the active ingredient core also relieves pressure pain.The patches can also be used on the calluses on the toes.

Mode of action

The ointment core contains the two active ingredients salicylic and lactic acid, which dissolve heavily callused tissue.Lanolin keeps the skin elastic and promotes the penetration of the two active ingredients.The extra strong wool wax contained in Lebewohl corn plaster has a skin-care effect and promotes wound healing.

Other ingredients of the Lebewohl corn plaster extra strong are: wool wax, yellow wax, spruce resin, turpentine, poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate) (60:40), copaiva balm, iris rhizome, chlorophyllin-copper complex, poly(acrylic acid-co-(2-ethylhexyl) acrylate-co-vinyl acetate)(68.1:26.1:5.1:0.15), hydrogenated rosin.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, particularly salicylates, this product should not be used.It must also not be used on infants, in the facial and genital areas or on damaged skin (e.g. inflammation, wounds, eczema).Before use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should consult a doctor.

Dosage

Recommended use of the Farewell corn plasters extra strong: Stick one of the plasters on the corn.The plaster core should only be placed on calloused areas.Carefully remove the patch after 24 to 36 hours.The corn can now be easily removed.

Notes

Farewell corn plasters extra strong are intended for use on the skin.Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes.Lebewohl plaster extra strong must not be used in cases of: proven hypersensitivity to salicylic acid and salicylates or any of the other ingredients of the drug, infants, previously damaged skin (e.g. inflammation of wounds, eczema).Farewell plaster extra strong must not come into contact with mucous membranes, especially contact with the eyes should be avoided.Corns Farewell Plaster Extra Strong should not be used on the face or genital area.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
