Herbamare is a fresh herb sea salt with vegetables and herbs that is ideal for seasoning salad dressings, vegetable, grain and potato dishes as well as soups, sauces, eggs, quark and much more.It can be used like regular salt and is a flavorful alternative.The mixture consists of garden-fresh, organically grown herbs and vegetables as well as pure sea salt.For the full herbal aroma, Herbamare should only be added at the end of the cooking process.

Usage

The mild Herbamare is suitable for frying, cooking and eating raw.It contains kelp seaweed for natural iodine supply and is vegan.The raw food quality is guaranteed by gentle drying at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius.

Sea salt with vegetables and herbs

Herbamare for salad & vegetable dishes is a mixture of natural sea salt, 12 freshly harvested vegetables and herbs and the sea algae kelp.Each Herbamare salt variant contains a blend of fresh aromatic ingredients.The herbs and vegetables are delivered directly to the company's own salt factory in Alsace in Switzerland, Germany and France.100 kg of fresh ingredients are mixed with 200 kg of whole sea salt from the Camargue salt gardens.This creates a green paste that is gently dried.The salts are then mixed and bottled depending on the type and recipe.
