Intended use

The FIWA tube is a non-sterile tubular bandage that is used for quick and secure fixation of wound dressings.It is also suitable for support and relief dressings for sprains and dislocations as well as for firm and elastic wound dressings.It can also be used as a fixation bandage or base for plaster casts and self-adhesive bandages, as well as zinc glue bandages.Before contact with open wounds, the item must be sterilized using a validated procedure.

Material composition

The carrier material of the FIWA tube is made of 100% cotton, which is bleached without chlorine.It is a circular knitted gauze bandage that is very elastic due to the knitting method.The bandage can be stretched to three times its width, becomes tighter when stretched, is easy to put on, sits wrinkle-free, is non-slip and breathable.

Storage

The FIWA tube should be stored dry and not exposed to the sun.
