Hans Karrer Cleansing Gel Silver is a mild facial cleanser for all skin types. It cleanses thoroughly, especially oily and acne-prone skin, without drying it out. The gel contains silver chloride and capryloyl glycine, which have an antimicrobial effect and improve the skin flora. Panthenol soothes irritated skin, while allantoin moisturises the top layers of the skin. The cleansing gel has a pH of 5 and contains no alcohol, dyes, parabens or soap.
