Directions for use of Original Energy Bach Flower Pastilles according to Dr Bach
Original Energy Bach Flower Pastilles are a food supplement and contain Bach flower essences, vitamins and trace elements. They are sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free and contain no fat, alcohol, aspartame or animal gelatine. The pastilles are redcurrant-flavoured and contain a balanced combination of biotin, vitamin C and chromium. Biotin plays an important role in energy metabolism. Vitamin C can help improve tiredness and fatigue. Chromium is important for normal blood glucose levels and the body's energy system.

The essences in the pastilles come from selected flowers such as dog rose, olive, hornbeam and elm. The dog rose stands for joie de vivre, the olive for inner renewal, the hornbeam for energy and the elm for inner harmony. The pastilles contain no alcohol, sugar, aspartame, gluten or fat. They can be used by sucking 6 pastilles throughout the day. With 6 pastilles you take 15% of the recommended daily dose of vitamins and minerals. The amount consumed can be increased up to 18 pastilles daily. The pastilles should be stored out of the reach of small children in a cool, dry place away from light. They are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
