Directions for use of the article Weleda Lichen Honey: - Weleda lichen honey is an anthroposophical medicinal product for the treatment of catarrhal-inflammatory diseases of the airways such as tracheitis and bronchitis. - It relieves the irritation of the cough and promotes the loosening of phlegm. - The syrup contains an aqueous extract of Lichen islandicus, Cladonia rangiferina and Usnea barbata. - Weleda lichen honey is taken in warm tea and should be shaken well before use. - The dosage depends on age and is 5 ml (single dose) for adults and children from 12 years of age, 3-5 times daily. - Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.
