Application and dosage

The recommended dosage of Supradyn film-coated tablets is one tablet daily.This should be dissolved in a large glass of water (approx. 300 ml) and taken with a meal.Taking it with a meal promotes the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and slows down the absorption of small amounts of sugar.
