Summary: Vitamin B12 mse food supplement contains methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12 that helps maintain a healthy nervous system. It also contains biotin, folic acid and vitamin B6. The capsules are free from milk protein, lactose, gluten, soya, yeast, gelatine, flavourings, colourings and preservatives. The recommended intake is one capsule daily with sufficient liquid. One capsule contains 500 μg vitamin B12, 10 mg vitamin B6, 1,000 μg biotin, 400 μg 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and 400 μg folic acid. It also contains fillers such as maltodextrin and microcrystalline cellulose and anti-caking agents such as magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
