Information for use of the article VITAMIN D2 1000 IE VEGAN: - Food supplement for the additional supply of vitamin D2. - Directions: For adults, take 1 capsule daily with a little liquid with the main meal. For children 3 years and older, one capsule every second day. The capsules can be opened if necessary and the contents consumed with other foods. - Nutritional declaration: - Vitamin D: 25 µg = 1000 I.U.
