Directions for use of the article Calmedoron Mixture: Calmedoron Mixture is an anthroposophical medicinal product used to calm and promote falling asleep. The indications for use include disorders of falling asleep and nervousness according to the anthroposophical understanding of man and nature. The recommended dosage depends on age: adults and children aged 12 and over take 20-40 drops before bedtime, children from 6 to 11 years receive 10-15 drops. For nervousness, adults and children 12 years and older are recommended to take 15-20 drops once a day, while children from 6 to 11 years should take 5-10 drops as a single dose. The drops should be taken diluted with water. It should be noted that Calmedoron Mixture contains 49% alcohol by volume. It is therefore important to read the package leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or are unsure. The mixture contains extracted active ingredients from Avena sativa, Humulus lupulus, Passiflora incarnata, Valeriana and roasted coffee, as well as ethanol and purified water. Calmedoron mixture should not be used in infants and young children under 6 years of age. Calmedoron scattering globules are available for this age group.
