Rosidal TCS is an innovative two-component compression system specifically designed for the treatment of venous ulcers and edema.The system consists of two components: the cushioning compression bandage Rosidal SC (Soft Compression) and the cohesive short-stretch compression bandage Rosidal CC (Cohesive Compression).

Rosidal SC is a soft compression bandage with integrated textile skin protection that ensures a high level of comfort.It consists of polyurethane foam with a textile layer made of polyamide and cotton.Rosidal CC is a cohesive compression bandage made from cotton, polyamide and polyurethane (elastic yarn).It sticks to itself and reduces the risk of slipping when it is very stiff.

The Rosidal TCS system is easy to put on and comfortable to wear.Thanks to Safe-Loc, it can be put on under full tension and fits snugly without being bulky.This is particularly beneficial at night as the low resting pressure increases compliance.The system is free of natural rubber latex and is therefore a good alternative for people with latex hypersensitivity.
