AMitamin PMS Redux capsules are a dietary food for special medical purposes used to treat symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). The capsules contain a combination of fatty acids from the plant Borago Officinalis and vitamin E, which has been shown to be particularly effective for a variety of PMSsymptoms. The recommended intake consists of one dry capsule and two oil capsules per day. The capsules contain important nutrients such as thiamine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin D, vitamin E, copper, magnesium, borago officinalis oil, parsley powder, nettle powder, fennel powder, hops powder and borage powder. The average nutritional values per daily dose (3 capsules) are: calorific value 43 kJ = 10 kcal, fat 1.010 g, carbohydrates 0.050 g, fibre 0.047 g, protein 0.270 g and salt 0.001 g. The capsules should be stored dry and protected from light at room temperature. Children and adolescents under 18 years of age should not use the product. It is not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It should be taken under medical supervision. The capsules are not suitable as the sole source of nutrition.
