The oil capsules contain Borago Officinalis oil (borage oil), gelatin (capsule shell), humectant vegetable glycerin, D,L-alpha-tocopheryl acetate and water.The dry capsules consist of magnesium oxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), parsley powder, nettle powder, fennel powder, hops powder, borage powder, calcium pantothenate, maltodextrin, copper gluconate, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, colecalciferol, pteroylmonoglutamic acidand cyanocobalamin.

Dosage
