Area of application

Lactacholine contains L-(+)-lactic acid from dairy-free fermentation, B vitamins and choline.These ingredients support the maintenance of normal liver function as well as fat, energy and homocysteine metabolism.The body needs choline and vitamins B6 and B12 to metabolize the protein breakdown product homocysteine.

Dosage

Recommended consumption by Dr.Jacob's LactaCholin Lactic Acid Vitamin B Complex Choline: Drink 1.5 ml (33 drops each) diluted in 200 ml of water once or twice a day with a meal.Never consume pure, as it contains highly concentrated clockwise lactic acid.Do not use if your stomach is sensitive to acid.
