Summary: Sovita Krill Oil Capsules are a dietary supplement that provides high-quality omega-3 fatty acids from krill oil. Krill oil is extracted from Antarctic krill and contains omega-3 fatty acids bound in phospholipids. Studies show that this form of fatty acids can be well absorbed and utilised by the body. Each capsule contains 500 mg krill oil with 120 mg omega-3 fatty acids, of which 65 mg EPA and 33 mg DHA. One capsule per day can help to cover the need for these important fatty acids.
