Pomegranate, tomatoes and red grapes are important components of the Mediterranean diet.Every bottle of Dr.Jacob’s Pomegranate Elixir Mediterranean contains the best of more than 40 sun-ripened pomegranates.It contains the juice and pulp of 41 pomegranates, which are freshly pressed, partly live-fermented and gently concentrated in bioactive pomegranate polyphenols.Each 20 ml contains 600 mg of pomegranate polyphenols, which corresponds to a 21-fold concentration.

The product also contains a tomato polyphenol concentrate made from around 75 tomatoes.The patented tomato concentrate (WSTC I) promotes the normal assembly of blood platelets and supports healthy blood circulation.Each 20 ml contains 3 g of tomato extract.This extract keeps blood platelets smooth and supple, counteracts unwanted clumping in blood vessels and does not impair natural blood clotting in the event of injuries.

This effect of tomato extract has been confirmed by eight clinical studies and by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).The circulation-promoting effect occurs in 97% of people within 1 ½ hours and lasts for 24 hours if taken regularly.For this positive effect, the daily intake of 3 g WSTC I, contained in 20 ml Mediterranean pomegranate elixir, with 200 ml water is required.
