Directions for use of Babybene Gel: Babybene Gel is a product used to remove dandruff on the head, for example cradle cap or head gneiss. It is recommended from the 3rd week of life. The gel contains high-quality, nourishing oils such as macadamia, olive and jojoba oil, as well as Dunaliella extract and minerals from the Dead Sea. It enables a gentle removal of the flaky coatings. The gel is mixed with a few drops of water to form a water-soluble emulsion and can then be rinsed off easily with lukewarm water. It is important to avoid contact with the eyes. The gel can be reapplied at any time if dandruff reoccurs. Precautions: It is advisable to consult a doctor if your child has large plate-like plaques or sores on the scalp, scratches the affected areas frequently, the scalp is red or weeping after the dandruff has come off. The unfamiliar smell after applying the gel is usually caused by microorganisms that find good living conditions under the dandruff. These microorganisms usually disappear together with the dandruff after a few hair washes. However, if the smell lasts longer or is particularly strong, you should consult your doctor. Hair loss: Babies may lose some of their hair, especially in the areas they prefer to lie on. This is often called "lying bald". Removing the dandruff can also lead to increased hair loss. It is important to note that scaling of the head in infants and young children should be clarified by a doctor, especially if the above-mentioned symptoms appear. Directions for use: Babybene Gel is applied to the dry scalp and spread on the affected areas with circular movements for about 1 minute. It is recommended to be especially careful in the area of the fontanelles. The gel should be left to act for several minutes and then mixed with a few drops of water to form a milky, water-soluble emulsion. This emulsion is then rinsed thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water. Contact with the eyes should be avoided. After application, the head is carefully dried.
