Summary: The food supplement "Zinc-Vitamin C Painex" is a lozenge with pineapple-lemon flavour. One tablet contains half the daily requirement of zinc and 3/4 of the daily requirement of vitamin C. It is recommended to melt or chew one tablet in the mouth daily. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded as it can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. In 100 g of the product there are 1088 kJ / 260 kcal. Other nutritional information is: 4.4 g fat, 0.4 g sugar, 0.2 g protein and no salt. The tablet contains 5 mg of zinc and 60 mg of vitamin C, which is 50% and 75% of the recommended daily allowance respectively. Ingredients include sorbitol, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), hydrogenated vegetable fat, acidifier citric acid, zinc gluconate, starch, flavouring, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, sweetener aspartame and colour riboflavin. No allergens are contained. The product is manufactured by ABO & PAINEX Pharma GmbH and Co KG and contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine).
