Ingredients and active ingredients

One capsule of the product contains cold-pressed black cumin oil (Nigella sativa) in an amount of 450 mg.This oil is composed of 231 mg linoleic acid and 97 mg oleic acid.In addition, vitamin E is contained in a natural form of 5 mg TE, pantothenic acid with 3 mg, folic acid with 100 μg, biotin with 70 μg and beta-carotene with 0.3 mg.

The other ingredients include black cumin oil (58.1%), gelatin, coconut fat, glycerin as a humectant, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids as a stabilizer, soy lecithin as an emulsifier, sorbitol as a further humectant, D-alpha-tocopherol, calcium D-pantothenate, beta-carotene, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin and iron oxides as well as iron hydroxidesDyes.

Mode of action

The black cumin oil contained in the capsules is combined with various vitamins and nutrients.Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress, while folic acid plays an important role in cell division.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is two capsules three times a day, taken with a little liquid with meals.
