Dosage

Adults should drink 1 cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day.

Ingredients

One filter bag contains 0.7 g bearberry leaves, 0.4 g birch leaves, 0.3 g goldenrod and 0.3 g orthosiphon leaves.It also contains nettle leaves and peppermint leaves.

Preparation

To make a cup of tea, pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.The bag is then gently squeezed and removed.
