Avitale Lactase 3500 FCC tablets are a food supplement that supports the digestion of milk and dairy products in cases of lactose intolerance. One tablet contains 3500 FCC and breaks down approx. 5.5 g of lactose. The individual dosage depends on the amount of lactose consumed and the residual activity of the lactase enzyme in the body. It is recommended to take 2-4 tablets before or during the consumption of meals containing lactose. The daily consumption recommendation should not be exceeded. The product is free from gluten, soya, colourings and preservatives. It is suitable for a vegetarian or vegan diet. Avitale Lactase Tablets are manufactured by Avitale GmbH.

A few months ago I was still feeling really bad, with intestinal colic, stomach pressure and terrible flatulence. After being diagnosed with lactose intolerance, my doctor advised me to take lactase, which means I don't have to stick so strictly to my diet and can have a latte on the spur of the moment.

Unfortunately, both my sons are unable to break down lactose and have always had problems (including on school trips). We are now trying this lactase preparation and both of them can eat everything again without any problems. I can only recommend it.
