Instructions for use of the article Hay Flowers For Bath: Hay flowers are blossoms of various grasses that grow in meadows. A handful of hay flowers contains about 50 different types of flowers with many natural active ingredients. They are used as an old household remedy for various complaints, such as rheumatic complaints, sciatica, tension, joint complaints, colic and lumbago. Hay flowers support the metabolism, calm and purify. To use hay flowers, a decoction can be used as a bath additive or for compresses. For the bath additive, 100g of hay flowers are poured over 1 litre of cold water and then brought to the boil. After about 30 minutes of infusion, the decoction is strained and added to the bath water. The optimal bath temperature is 35-38°C and the bath time should be between 10 and 15 minutes. After bathing, you should rest for at least an hour covered in warm water. For hay flower compresses, a sheet is dipped in the prepared decoction and placed on the painful area.
