Ingredients

The ingredients of Orthomol Veg one capsules include oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., humectant glycerin, corn starch, ferrous fumarate, stabilizer carrageenan, zinc sulfate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, antioxidant extracts with a high tocopherol content, dye iron oxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, lichen concentrate containing cholecalciferolboreal shrub lichen, sodium selenite, acidity regulator sodium carbonate and cyanocobalamin.

One daily serving consists of one capsule (0.6 g) and contains the following nutrients: vitamin D3 15 µg (300% of the reference amount), vitamin B2 1.4 mg (100% of the reference amount), vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% of the reference amount), vitamin B12 6 µg (240% of the reference amount), iron 10 mg (71% of the reference amount), zinc 10 mg (100% of thereference amount), selenium 55 µg (100% of the reference amount) and algae oil 300 mg, of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 105 mg.

Application recommendation
