Directions for use of the product Orthomol Veg One: Orthomol Veg One is a food supplement to support a vegan or vegetarian diet. It is lactose- and gluten-free. The recommended intake is one capsule daily, preferably with plenty of liquid with or after a meal. Orthomol Veg One is best stored in a cool, dry place and the jar should be kept closed after opening. The composition includes various vitamins, minerals and other substances such as algae oil. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids from algae, which may cause a slight odour, but do not affect the quality. The gelatine-free soft capsule consists of raw materials of animal origin such as maize starch and carrageenan. Orthomol Veg One is certified as a vegan product by the European Vegetarian Union with the V-label. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
