The ingredients of Doppelherz Hot Sage + Honey + Menthol are sugar, maltodextrin, honey (3%), sage leaf extract (2.6%), L-ascorbic acid, acidifier citric acid, natural menthol aroma, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, aroma, zinc sulfate, nicotinamide and riboflavin.Per daily serving (one sachet), the product contains 300 mg vitamin C (375% NRV), 2.0 mg vitamin B2 (143% NRV), 6 mg niacin (38% NRV), 5 mg zinc (50% NRV) and 390 mg sage leaf extract.The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.There are no nutrient reference values for sage leaf extract.

Dosage

The recommended use is to mix and drink a cup with a bag of granules and around 150 ml of hot or cold water every day.
