What is Prosta Albin®?

Prosta Albin® is a homeopathic medicine that is used for benign prostate enlargement.It also helps with other complaints such as nighttime urination, frequent urination and painful urinary tract infections.The product is available without a prescription.

How does Prosta Albin® work?

Prosta Albin® contains a herbal active ingredient mixture of three synergistically effective plant components.The fruits of the saw palmetto (Sabal Serrulatum) contain sterols, flavonoids, free fatty acids and terpenes, which have a soothing effect on prostate problems.The bark of the quaking aspen (Populus tremuloides) is traditionally used for bladder problems and urinary tract infections.Semolina root (Pareira brava) is used for prostate problems and urinary tract infections.These active ingredients have a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the urinary tract and protect the prostate.

Areas of application

The areas of application of Prosta Albin® are derived from the homeopathic drug images.These include emptying disorders of the urinary bladder due to prostate enlargement and inflammation of the urinary tract.Prosta Albin® is used for benign prostate enlargement to treat the associated emptying disorders of the urinary bladder.Symptoms such as frequent urination, nighttime urination, painful urination and bladder cramps can be relieved.

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

Prosta Albin® contains the following active ingredients: Pareira brava Dil.D2 4.0 ml, Populus tremuloides mother tincture 0.1 ml and Sabal serrulatum mother tincture 5.0 ml. The other ingredient is ethanol 62% (m/m).30 drops correspond to approximately 1 ml.

Contraindications

Prosta Albin® should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.It must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to salicylates or saw palmetto fruits, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, by children and adolescents under 18 years of age and by alcoholics.If you have liver disease, Prosta Albin® should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Dosage

In acute conditions, adults take 5 drops every half to an hour, up to a maximum of 6 times a day.Use for more than a week should only be carried out after consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist.For chronic forms, adults take 5 drops 1 to 3 times a day.The drops should be left undiluted in the mouth for about a minute or dripped onto a piece of sugar or bread and taken with a sip of water.

Patient information

Prosta Albin® oral drops should be kept out of the reach of children.The daily recommended consumption amount should not be exceeded.This medicine contains 69% alcohol by volume.
