Directions for use of the product Sebamed Baby & Kind Care Cream: Sebamed Baby & Kind Care Cream intensively cares for children's sensitive skin and also provides protection for dry skin and irritations. The care complex with panthenol prevents dehydration, while lipids based on vegetable oils protect the skin. The pH value of 5.5 supports the build-up of the skin's protective mantle. The cream is also suitable as an accompanying therapy for neurodermatitis, eczema and skin infections, but only after consultation with the paediatrician. The tolerability of the cream has been clinically and dermatologically confirmed. Why pH 5.5 in the skin care of babies and toddlers? The pH value 5.5 plays an important role especially in the first years of life, as it promotes the build-up of the natural skin protection layer against dehydration, irritants, allergens and pathogens. Dermatologists therefore recommend adapting cleansing and care products to the skin's natural pH value of 5.5. Sebamed with the pH value 5.5 strengthens the skin's protective layer when washing, bathing and applying lotion. The skin of babies and toddlers needs special protection and effective care because its natural protective function is not yet fully developed. Redness, dryness, pimples, flaking and itching can be caused by irritating factors such as heat, cold and friction.
