Unfortunately, I got severe flatulence, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product. But as a tip: take a low dose and increase slowly.

I ordered this 100% organic inulin powder from Aleavedis Naturprodukte GmbH to mix with buttermilk to make a shake. The powder is a fibre which, together with the buttermilk, is supposed to help against constipation. And I can definitely confirm the effect. If you don't like the pure buttermilk flavour, you can sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon over it. This makes the shake easier to drink. One portion is approx. 250 ml of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of inulin in a tall glass, frothed up with a powerful milk frother. Good luck!
