Directions for use of the product Pure Encapsulations Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin: Pure Encapsulations Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin is a food supplement containing vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. It is recommended, especially in vegan and vegetarian diets, as it contributes to normal immune system function, reduced fatigue and normal mental function. It also contributes to general wellbeing and support for a vegan and vegetarian diet. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended intake is one capsule per day with a meal. The daily intake should not be exceeded. One capsule contains 500 mcg methylcobalamin (activated vitamin B12). The ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and methylcobalamin. The product should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place. Indications: The food supplement should not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
